1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our website, phone, or email.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change with notice

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service may be refunded or rescheduled.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be charged in full.

• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

3. Pet Health & Safety

• Owners must inform us of any health conditions, special needs, or behavioral concerns before booking.

• Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free of contagious illnesses.

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a pet shows signs of aggression or poses a safety risk.

4. Liability

• We proudly provide pet-sitting services in North Miami-Dade & South Broward Counties. Any services requested outside this area may incur additional fees.
